PROJECT SUMMARY: Interior renovation of a 7,500 SF office space originally built as a 19th century mansion on Capitol Hill. In order to comply with current accessibility and life safety codes, we faced the challenge of fitting and elevator and adding a stair to the exterior in a way that would complement the existing character of the historic building.
