PROJECT SUMMARY: This was a conceptual study that looked to house both a retail tenant and a new entrance to the Crystal City Metro on the corner of 18th Street and Crystal Drive. The project addressed structural challenges of building over a Metro tunnel while providing adequate spaces and access for a retail tenant.
