PROJECT SUMMARY: Similar to the 1770 building next door, this project has seen multiple iterations. It originally encompassed the interior retail, but it ultimately focused on the retail along Crystal Drive, the entrance to the 1550 office building, and several levels of underground parking. The 90,000 SF project includes a movie theater and a variety of retail tenants that have given new life to this large block of Crystal City.
